In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "apk92" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at apk92.vip, including all associated mobile applications, software, and related services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account with apk92 and uses the Platform for real-money or free-play gaming activities.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on apk92.vip, through which all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and communications are managed.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding any bonus credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or incentives granted by apk92 under specific promotional terms, which are separate from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus Fund must be staked on eligible games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the apk92 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable local law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification, CNIC submission, and address confirmation, required before withdrawals are processed.

By accessing apk92.vip, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated entities may not hold player accounts.

apk92 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Provision of false or misleading registration information may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your apk92 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. apk92 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your Account. Any activity performed through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole legal responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact apk92 support immediately via the live chat widget on apk92.vip.

apk92 maintains full transaction logs for all Accounts and may review account activity at any time for the purpose of fraud prevention, KYC compliance, or responsible gaming assessment. These records are binding in any dispute resolution process.

apk92 does not charge fees for maintaining an Account. However, accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review. You will be notified by email before any administrative action is taken on an inactive Account.

apk92 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Nayapay, Visa, and Mastercard. apk92 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful processing. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. apk92 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method must match the name on your apk92 Account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed at the cashier. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification.

• apk92 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts registered in the Player's own legal name. Payments to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, apk92 may suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• apk92 is not liable for delays caused by banking institutions, mobile money networks, or technical outages beyond its control.

apk92 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL match-day promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer and are subject to the following general rules:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. apk92 reserves the right to void bonuses where it suspects multiple accounts are being used to claim the same offer.

• apk92 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time and is not liable for losses resulting from a market being unavailable during a live event.

Casino game results — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live physical dealing. All game outcomes are final once the round is completed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on apk92 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing limits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or group betting to exploit offer conditions.

• Impersonation: Registering an Account using another person's identity, CNIC details, or payment information.

All content available on the apk92 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphical assets, logos, trademarks, promotional copy, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of apk92.vip — is the exclusive property of apk92 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software;

• Losses arising from the suspension or termination of an Account in accordance with these Terms;
• Any loss arising from inaccuracies in market data provided by third-party sports data feeds.

apk92's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

apk92 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on apk92, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• The Player's Account has been flagged for suspicious financial activity consistent with money laundering;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players;
• apk92 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Upon termination for cause, apk92 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and to withhold the real-money Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact apk92 support. Voluntary account closure will not affect any pending withdrawal of real-money Balance, subject to completion of KYC verification.

apk92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at apk92.vip/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the page.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — apk92 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account. For minor editorial or clarifying amendments, no separate notification will be issued.

Your continued use of the apk92 Platform after any amendment to these Terms becomes effective shall constitute your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which apk92 holds its international gaming licence.
